Twinning, or establishing contacts abroad, sharing experiences, and opportunities for cross-border cooperation to improve competitiveness and regional development, took place through the Smart Accelerator Pilsen Region II project. The partner was R-Tech GmbH, an organization established by the city of Regensburg, which operates the TechBase innovation and startup center. The findings and recommendations from the mutual meetings were compiled into a so-called Design Option Paper and will help in the further development of the innovation ecosystem and cross-border cooperation.
