To achieve this ambitious goal, an interregional strategy based on cooperation will be used, allowing all participating regions to reap mutual benefits.<\/p>\n<p>The cornerstone of this strategy is the Transnational Automotive Open Transformation Platform.<\/p>\n<p>The platform includes:<\/p>\n<p>(1) a&nbsp;transnational transformation readiness model,<\/p>\n<p>(2) regional transformation scenarios for businesses,<\/p>\n<p>(3) a&nbsp;portfolio of measures for building regional and transnational capacities,<\/p>\n<p>(4) transnational use cases,<\/p>\n<p>(5) strategies for business support organizations to provide targeted support to small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>The Drive2Transform partnership brings together eight Central European countries with a&nbsp;strong industrial background in the automotive industry, which have many years of experience in supporting entrepreneurship and in-depth knowledge of key regional players and their current challenges.
